Kuritani is a Japanese comedy actor from Atsugi, Kanagawa, Japan. He graduated from Kanagawa Prefectural Atsugi Kita High School, specializing in sports science. During high school, he was a soccer player and reached the semifinals of the Kanagawa Prefecture High School Soccer Championship, playing as an attacking midfielder. He graduated from the 21st term of the School JCA. He was part of the comedy duo "Romeo" before its disbanding.
