Xiao Yu Yu (English name: Rainie) is a Chinese actress, born as Chen Yu Xin in Guizhou of Guiyang Province. In 1989, she began to study dance and majored in folk dance for six years in elementary school. She often represented dance teams in provinces and cities, performing in various places. It was not until after an accidental foot injury that doctor told her she could no longer dance as before. She graduated in 2004 from the Performance Department of Beijing Film Academy. In 2007, she made her debut in the TV series "Sunny Courtyard". In 2008, she won the champion of the "7th Yaka Tomorrow Star Performing Arts Elite Competition".
