Give A Reward When It Can Do ‘Wait.’

Give A Reward When It Can Do ‘Wait.’ follows Ryo Inukai, a perfection-driven executive whose structured world shatters when he meets his new subordinate, Mashiro Shiraishi. To Ryo’s shock, Mashiro looks exactly like his favorite male idol. Making matters even more tense, Ryo is assigned as Mashiro’s direct supervisor. The eager junior clings to Ryo like a devoted pup, constantly seeking his praise and approval. As a result, Ryo’s once-unshakable professional composure quickly begins to waver under the pressure. Soon, the ordinary command to wait turns into a seductive game of restraint and temptation between supervisor and loyal subordinate. As professional boundaries dissolve, their compelling office dynamic blurs the line between workplace discipline and intense desire.
