The movie is set in an aftermath of the sudden dispersal of a legendary town called "Mugen," and recounts the story of the five organizations, who aims to take control in the said area. These five organizations are known as Sanno Association, White Rascals, Rude Boys, Oya High School and Daruma Hooligans. The five gangs will put their pride on the line as all of them take part in a fierce battle for dominance. However, the plot takes a surprising twist when a mysterious group called "Mighty Warriors" suddenly appears.
